Prices are in euros (€), unless otherwise stated. VAT is not included.

Shipping and administrative costs

Delivery cost will be charged for all orders. The cost depends on weight and the country we have to send to. 

 

Terms of payment

Orders per invoice should be paid within 30 days.

Terms of delivery and delivery period

The delivery costs to cover shipping and administration costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are €17.50. A different rate applies to deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, depending on the volume of the order and the delivery time. Hokra will always deliberate these costs with the person who orders the goods.

The delivery period is an estimation. Hokra will aim for delivery on time, but cannot be held responsible when the delivery exceeds the delivery time mentioned. A mistake on the part of Hokra to keep that period does not entitle the customer to any compensation nor does it give the right to cancel the agreement. Delivery times stated start upon receipt of your order, or, if the items are to be imprinted, upon receipt of your complete design, or, if a digital proof was requested, upon approval of that digital proof.

Processing

The items will be processed in the manner decided on by Keestracks Promo Shop per item. The design provided and the processing materials made on the basis of the artwork remain the property of Hokra. By supplying the design, the customer authorizes Hokra for using these materials and indemnify Hokra against any claims resulting from rights of third parties.

Availability of items

All items on the site are deliverable from stock, unless extraordinary large orders are placed or late arrival of additional stock. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be removed from the website as soon as possible.

Claims

Claims will only be dealt with if they reach Hokra in writing within eight days after receipt of the goods. If the claim is justified, Hokra is only obliged to replace the damaged goods or to credit the other party with the original amount of the claimed goods after the goods have been returned to and received by Hokra.

Returning goods

Not damaged goods can only be returned after prior approval by Hokra. Items that have been printed or embroidered on under the authority of the other party will not be taken back. The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the customer.

Transfer of property

All goods delivered remain the property of Hokra, until the goods have been paid.

Applicable law

All agreements will be governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court in Dordrecht.

Full terms of delivery

Hokra full terms of delivery, as filed with the Court in Dordrecht under number 38/1997 and applicable to all our transactions, can be obtained free of charge upon request. These general terms comply with the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of the PPP [Platform Promotional Products].
